Order and Delivery

 

PROCESSING

Please choose carefully, orders cannot be altered once the order is shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email when order is accepted, and again once order is shipped.

 

To the best of our knowledge, all products are in stock at the time an order is accepted.

Should there be an error, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Under unusual circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse an order at any time and refund the payment.

 

Shipping

 

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:

  1. Initial delivery within in New Zealand is FREE
  2. Expected delivery 3-5 working days (M-F, excluding statutory holidays)
  3. Delivery will be by Fastways Courier
  4. Tracking is available upon request
  5. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes
  6. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days from time of dispatch, please contact us

 

INTERNATIONAL: 

  1. Additional shipping rates apply: Australia NZ$15. Rest of World NZ$25 (applies automatically at checkout)
  2. Expected delivery 1-2 weeks (M-F, excluding statutory holidays)
  3. Delivery will be by NZ Post
  4. Tracking is unavailable for international orders
  5. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes
  6. If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks from time of dispatch, please contact us

 

DELIVERY & RELIABILITY

 

Deliveries will be made to the designated Shipping Address Delivery Point. If the courier brings the products inside the premises, beyond the Delivery Point, at the request of the Customer, or other person accepting delivery of the Products on behalf of the Customer, whether on any particular occasion or pursuant to a standing instruction or request, no member of Street Legal Shoes shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) suffered by the Customer or any third party in doing so. In addition, the Customer indemnifies each member of Street Legal Shoes for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) that that member incurs in connection with any third party claim arising out of or in connection with any deliveries brought beyond the Delivery Point.

 

Street Legal Shoes shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products is authorised to do so on behalf of the Customer.

 

ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY

 

Customers shall ensure that their Delivery Point is easily accessible to Street Legal chosen couriers, and that it is safe for those couriers to enter the Customer's premises in order to complete the delivery. If in the courier's opinion the Delivery Point is not easily accessible for example due to dogs being loose, or it is unsafe to deliver the Products, the delivery will not be made at that time. Street Legal reserves the right to charge Customers an additional fulfilment fee in respect of any deliveries repeated in accordance with this clause. If alternative arrangements acceptable to Street Legal are not reached, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the order and may incur a Cancellation Fee. If the goods perish due to no delivery under this clause Street Legal will not be responsible.

 

DELAYS TO DELIVERY

 

If delivery is likely to be delayed we aim to inform you as soon as possible. If the time frame is unacceptable you may cancel the order without incurring any fee for doing so. If the goods are in transit or have arrived at delivery point, the cancellation will be completed after the goods have arrived back to Street Legal. 

 

RETURNS

CONDITIONS:

  1. Full priced Product may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. A partial refund can be arranged when exchanging for a Product with a lesser value to the original purchase.
  2. Sale Products, those that are discounted from their original retail price can not be refunded, but can be exchanged for an e-voucher or alternative Product of equal price or lesser valueA partial e-voucher will be issued when exchanging for a Product with a lessevalue to the original purchase.
  3. All returns must be back in store within 10 days or they will be rejected. A proof of tracking may be required should shoes not turn up within this time frame.
  4. Product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
  5. Delivery for exchanges with New Zealand is free first time, any exchanges afterward will incur a $10 postage fee.
  6. International exchanges will be asked to pay their international shipping rate per exchange.
  7. Notification of refund, e-voucher, or exchange is issued via email once shoes are returned correctly. E-vouchers are Valid for 6 months.
