Order and Delivery

 

Orders

 

An order is accepted after the customer selects the products, accepts the Terms & Conditions and completes payment by Visa or MasterCard through the secure payment gateway PayStation.  We happily accept overseas orders. Please contact head office to arrange payment and shipping.

 

To the best of our knowledge, all products are in stock at the time an order is accepted. Should there be an error on our part or some technical error, we will contact you to offer alternatives or full refund.  Under unusual circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse an order at any time and refund the payment.

 

Please choose carefully when purchasing goods, as an order cannot be cancelled or changed once the goods are shipped from our warehouse.  We do not refund products if you change your mind or make an error.

 

Shipping

 

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:

 

New Zealand orders generally will be delivered in 3-5 working days if item is in stock (M-F, excluding statutory holidays).

Delivery will be by Fastways Courier: 

  1. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes.
  2. Fastway Courier has Track & Trace capabilities so we can make sure your goods have arrived.
  3. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days from time of dispatch, please contact us via our Contact link on our Home Page.

All delivery within in New Zealand is FREE

 

INTERNATIONAL:

 

International orders generally will be delivered in 1-2 weeks if item is in stock (M-F, excluding statutory holidays).

Tracking is unavailable for international orders. Additional shipping rates apply: Australia NZ$15. Rest of World NZ$25.

 

DELIVERY & RELIABILITY

 

Deliveries will be made to the Delivery Point. If the courier brings the products inside the premises, beyond the Delivery Point, at the request of the Customer, or other person accepting delivery of the Products on behalf of the Customer, whether on any particular occasion or pursuant to a standing instruction or request, no member of Street Legal Shoes shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) suffered by the Customer or any third party in doing so. In addition, the Customer indemnifies each member of Street Legal Shoes for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) that that member incurs in connection with any third party claim arising out of or in connection with any deliveries brought beyond the Delivery Point.

 

Street Legal Shoes shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products is authorised to do so on behalf of the Customer.

 

ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY

Street Legal's chosen courier is Fastways.

 

Customers shall ensure that their Delivery Point is easily accessible to Street Legal chosen couriers, and that it is safe for those couriers to enter the Customer's premises in order to complete the delivery. If in the courier's opinion the Delivery Point is not easily accessible for example due to dogs being loose, or it is unsafe to deliver the Products, the delivery will not be made, and the Customer will be contacted to make alternative arrangements. Street Legal reserves the right to charge Customers an additional fulfilment fee in respect of any deliveries repeated in accordance with this clause. If alternative arrangements acceptable to Street Legal are not reached, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the order and may incur a Cancellation Fee. DELAYS TO DELIVERY

 

Notwithstanding any other term, no member of Street Legal Shoes shall be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis, whether the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Street Legal Shoes or otherwise.

 

If Street Legal Shoes considers that the delivery of a Customer's order is likely to be substantially delayed, Street Legal Shoes may, but shall not be obliged to, contact the Customer to arrange an alternative delivery timeframe. If that timeframe is unacceptable to the Customer, the Customer may cancel the order, without incurring any fee for doing so.

 

RETURNS

Full priced Product may be returned for a refund or exchanged for an alternative Product. Sale Products that are discounted from their original retail price can not be returned for a refund, but can only be exchanged for an alternate item. If you have decided to return an item please contact us with notification of your return and return the shoes to the address listed below. All returns must be back in store within 10 days in the original packaging and in the same condition. Refunds on items received outside of this time frame are at Street Legal's discretion.

The return address is provided on the packing slip or on the packaging of your order.
