1. Free delivery on orders over $100 | $7 delivery on orders under $100.
2. Expected delivery: South Island overnight | North Island 2 working days.
3. We currently use CourierPost and PBT Couriers. PBT may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL AND GREAT BARRIER ISLAND:

1. Australia and GBI NZ$10 delivery | Rest of World NZ$30 delivery..
2. Expected delivery: Australia and GBI 3-6 working days | Rest of World 6-10 working days..
3. Delivery is tracked by NZ Post. The customer is responsible for all customs charges.

Full priced Product may be returned for a refund to your payment method in accordance with the following conditions:
Sale products may only be exchanged for an e-voucher in accordance with the following conditions:

1. All returns must be back in store within 10 days at your own expense. Proof of tracking is recommended.
2. Product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
3. Delivery to you for exchanges within New Zealand is free first time, any exchanges afterward will cost $10 postage.
4. International exchanges will be asked to pay their international shipping rate per exchange.
