By using Street Legal Online Shop you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Street Legal is a New Zealand Registered Company.

ORDERS

Orders are retrieved from Street Legal's 5 physical retail stores. While we endeavour to fulfill every order, under rare circumstances Street Legal has the absolute discretion to cancel and refund orders..

CUSTOMER LIABILITY

Customers are liable for every order made under their Login and shall keep their Login details safe and confidential at all times. .

PRICING

Prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices include tax (15% GST). Prices of products may change at any time without notice. On rare occasions prices and specials available on Street Legal's Online Store may not be the same as the prices and specials available from Street Legal's retail premises.

PAYMENT

Our payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Laybuy, Afterpay or Street Legal Gift Voucher. We do not accept EFTPOS, cash, cheque, or any other form of payment.

SITE CONTENT

We reserve the right to make changes to the information provided on Street Legal Online Shop at any time and without notice. We endeavour to display imagery as accurately as possible but colours shown may vary between stock batches and devices/screens.

DELIVERY

NEW ZEALAND (EXCLUDING GREAT BARRIER ISLAND):

1. Free delivery on orders over $100 | $10 delivery on orders under $100.
2. Expected delivery: South Island overnight | North Island 2 working days.
3. Delivery is by NZ Post.
4. If you do not recieve your parcel you must notify us within 25 days of your order so that we can conduct a timely investigation. Undelivered parcel claims outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.

INTERNATIONAL AND GREAT BARRIER ISLAND:

1. Australia and GBI NZ$10 delivery | Rest of World NZ$50 delivery.
2. Expected delivery: Australia and GBI 3-6 working days | Rest of World 6-10 working days.
3. Delivery is by NZ Post. The customer is responsible for all customs charges.
4. If you do not recieve your parcel you must notify us within 25 days of your order so that we can conduct a timely investigation. Undelivered parcel claims outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.

DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

Street Legal shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the products is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer. If no person is present at the delivery point at the time of delivery, the product may be returned to a warehouse awaiting re-delivery and the customer is responsible for ensuring the final delivery of the product. Property and risk in the products shall pass to the customer on delivery. A customer is liable for any Special Instructions they add during the checkout procedure.

DELAYS TO DELIVERY

If Street Legal considers that the delivery of a customer's order is likely to be substantially delayed, Street Legal may contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time frame. If that time frame is unacceptable to the customer, the customer may cancel the order, without incurring any fee for doing so.

INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If any product delivered does not correspond with a product ordered, the customer may reject the product, in which case Street Legal will replace or refund the value of the product that was originally ordered. In this circumstance Street Legal reserves the right to collect the incorrectly-delivered product from the customer. If the customer is unable, or refuses to deliver up the product when requested, Street Legal reserves the right to charge the customer for that product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We're sorry if you have an issue with your purchase. Street Legal will endeavor to first repair, or in some circumstances replace or refund any product that is defective under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Compensation shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product. It is the customer's responsibility and at their own expense to return the shoes to store with proof of purchase for inspection. The customer shall ensure that the products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the products.

VARIATION/CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Street Legal has commenced packing the order by contacting Street Legal.

The customer shall notify Street Legal immediately of a change to its delivery address.

RETURNS

In addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act:

Full priced products may be returned for a refund to your payment method in accordance with the following conditions:
Sale products may only be exchanged for an e-voucher in accordance with the following conditions:
Final Sale products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange so please choose wisely.

1. All returns must be back in store within 10 days at your own expense. Proof of tracking is recommended.
2. Product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
3. Delivery to you for exchanges within New Zealand is free first time, any exchanges afterward will cost $10 postage.
4. International exchanges will be asked to pay their international shipping rate per exchange.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property in all concepts, systems, written, graphic and other material relating to Street Legal Online Shop and its contents is owned by, and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Street Legal, its licensors and the providers of any other products and services accessible through Street Legal Online Shop, and is protected by New Zealand and international law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute any licence of intellectual property rights to the customer.

FORCE MAJEURE

If the performance by Street Legal of its obligations under these terms and conditions is prevented by reason of "force majeure" (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of any government or government agency, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit, electricity or communications failures, or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Street Legal) Street Legal shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.
