1. Delivery within in New Zealand is FREE.
2. Expected delivery 2-5 working days.
3. Delivery is tracked through PBT Couriers.
4. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes.
5. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days from time of dispatch, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL AND GREAT BARRIER ISLAND:
1. Additional shipping rates apply: Australia NZ$15 per item. Great Barrier Island and Rest of World NZ$25 per item.
2. Expected delivery 2-3 weeks, some countries may take longer.
3. Delivery will be by NZ Post, tracking is unavailable but you will receive a tracking# for insurance purposes.
4. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes.
5. If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks from time of dispatch, please contact us.

Full priced Product may be returned for a refund in accordance with the following conditions:
Sale Products may only be exchanged for an e-voucher valid 6 months in accordance with the following conditions:
1. All returns must be back in store within 10 days at your own expense. Proof of tracking is recommended.
2. Product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
3. Delivery to you for exchanges within New Zealand is free first time, any exchanges afterward will cost $10 postage.
4. International exchanges will be asked to pay their international shipping rate per exchange.
